Q1. What do your prices include?
Prices quoted on our website are for 4 wheels and 4 budget performance tyres, built and balanced. Fixings and VAT are included. Delivery is NOT included. Some dealers may charge for fitting. If you're a registered trade member of our website the prices you see are for single wheels only and DO NOT include tyres, VAT or delivery.

Q3. How long does delivery usually take?
Alloy wheels are usually shipped next day to customers who place an order with one of main dealers, provided the alloy wheels are in stock. If not, then you'll be advised of a delivery date.

Q5. Do your dealers deliver to a different address from the card holders address?
Sorry our dealers will NOT deliver to a different from the card holders address. This is to prevent card fraud.

Q6. How can I pay for my alloy wheels?
All of our main dealers accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta.

Q7. Do you display your entire range of products online?
Autopart and our main dealer web sites are updated daily, showing virtually every alloy wheel we stock. If the alloy wheels you require are not shown please email or call us for availability.

Q8. What happens if the alloy wheels I want are not available?
Sometimes, due to unexpected demand, the alloy wheel design you have selected may be unavailable. If this is the case we will suggest an alternative or confirm when the alloy wheels will be available.

Q9. How often are new alloy wheels added to your web site and main dealer web sites.
Our web site is updated daily, new alloy wheels and special offers are usually added every month.

Q10. How can I check on the status of my order?
If you wish to check the status of your order please contact the main dealer you placed the order with directly.

Our customer services department is open Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm.

Q13. I don't live in the United Kingdom. Can I still use www.autopartuk.com?
Anyone in the world that has an internet connection can use our web site. With regards to deliveries of alloy wheels overseas, please speak to your nearest main dealer. It's their decision and responsibility whether or not to deliver alloy wheels overseas.

Q16. What do I do should I have a complaint?
Should you in any way feel dissatisfied with any part of our service then please contact us at sales@autopartuk.com. Our sales department will respond to your email within 5 working days and endeavor to rectify the situation.
